Six Singularities Private Limited (“Six Singularities,” “we,” “our,” “us”) operates Draconic, an AI-powered chat-based web application that processes market data and user-provided inputs to produce analysis, explanations, and educational content (the “Service”). We do not execute trades, provide investment advice, or issue buy/sell signals.

A. Information you provide

1. Account info: name, email, password, basic profile details.
2. Content in chats: everything you type or upload in the product (prompts, text, documents, images), and any feedback you send us.
3. Communications: messages you send to our support or social handles

B. Information collected automatically

1. Log data & usage data: IP address, timestamps, pages/actions, session duration, feature clicks.
2. Device info: device type/OS, browser, app configuration.
3. Approximate location: derived from IP for security and abuse prevention.
4. Cookies & similar tech: cookies, local storage, pixels—used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure traffic.

C. Information from other sources (if you choose to connect)

If you connect third-party services or share chats via links, information may flow to those parties under their privacy terms.

When you use our official API or an authorized AI connection, we process the questions and context the application sends, your account and authorization information, the resulting analysis, and usage and credit records needed to provide and secure the service. Successful analyses are saved to your Draconic conversation history. Our agent-facing API and AI connector do not provide broker access or place trades.

Minors: Our services are for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If such data is identified, we delete it.

We use first- and third-party cookies, local storage, and pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

When you authorize another application, we return the requested analysis, the source times associated with the market data, available charts and a conversation reference used for follow-up questions. A requested account-usage check returns plan and credit-balance information. The connected application handles the information it receives under its own privacy terms.

You can revoke an API key in your Draconic account and disconnect an AI application using that application's controls. These actions do not by themselves delete conversations already saved in Draconic or information already received by the other application.

Draconic uses infrastructure in India and service providers that may process or store information in other countries where they operate. The location depends on the provider and service used; not all service-provider processing takes place in India.

To keep a chat product useful and safe, we may use anonymised or pseudonymised samples of chat content for quality assurance, safety review, and model improvement. If you share chats via link or integrate third-party tools: that content may become visible to others (and, on the open web, potentially discoverable by search engines until caches refresh). Think before you share sensitive info.

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in §4 (service delivery, security, legitimate business needs). If you delete your account, we erase personal identifiers within 30 days, unless a longer period is needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. (Retention factors align with typical AI chat services.)

To request account deletion or exercise your privacy rights, contact [email protected] or [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

We use technical and organisational safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls and service monitoring to help protect information. No system is perfectly secure: use unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.

AI systems can be wrong or outdated. Do not rely on model outputs as facts without independent verification.
